Hourly Project Rate:  Rates are dependant upon the priority and intricacy of the work you request completed.  This is an excellent option of those in need of irregular, temporary, or immediate assistance.  We request 50% deposit prepaid and the remaining 50% upon project completion.

Retainer Clients:  Are extended guaranteed hours and exclusivity.  As such, all Retainer Clients have a signed Agreement (by both parties) and required to prepay monthly.  Project specifics and rate will be discussed with you to ensure a mutual understanding of expectations and dedicated number of hours required .  Unused hours are transferable from the 1st month to 2nd month only.

Time Adjustment Commitment:  If, after 60-days we find that our Retainer clients are not using all their agreed upon contracted hours, we will be more than happy to make the readjustment of hours to ensure cost effectiveness which continues to make this a win/win for both client and AdminPro Connections.

Misc. Expenses:  Our Retainer client’s postage, telephone charges, materials, etc. or any items purchased for project's are included.  However, if special materials/supplies or special mailings (i.e., overnight or 2nd day packages, special print services, etc.) are requested by the client, those costs are charged separately and will be invoiced at cost. Mileage - billed at .40/mile.
