Hourly Project Plan: AdminPro Connections designed this plan for those who require temporary or sporadic support, or who do not require the services of a Virtual Assistant on a consistent basis. Our hourly fee is customized to meet the unique needs of each client requesting our services. Please remember that you will only pay for time on task and billed.  

Retainer Plan Packages:

  • Virtual Assistance Startup
    Provides you with 05-hrs per week (20-hrs per month) of virtual administrative support
  • Virtual Assistance Tier I
    Provides you with 10-hrs per week (40-hrs per month) of virtual administrative support
  • Virtual Assistance Tier II
    Provides you with 15-hrs per week (60-hrs per month) of virtual administrative support
     
  • Virtual Assistance Tier III
    Provides you with 20-hrs per week (80-hrs per month) of virtual administrative support
     

Our Retainer clients have guaranteed hours and exclusivity. As such, all Retainer Agreements are prepaid. We offer a discounted hourly rate based on the number of weekly contracted hours.

Time Adjustment Commitment: If, after 60-days we find that our Retainer clients are not using all their agreed upon contracted hours, we will be more than happy to make the readjustment of hours to ensure cost effectiveness which continues to make this a win/win for both client and AdminPro Connections.

*However, special materials/supplies or special mailings (i.e., overnight or 2nd day packages) requested by the client - billed at cost.

Payment Schedule: Payment is due upon receipt of each invoice. Payment can be made via  credit card (MasterCard and Visa accepted); Business Checks*; Money Order or Cashier's Cheque (no personal checks are accepted).
